"After a long day at work, and not wanting to cook, I placed an online order at this location. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by two employees. Emily was sweet and made great conversation. Spencer was fast and friendly. When I got home with my PIPING hot pizza, I opened the box to find the most delicious looking pizza I have ever seen. And once I took a bite….?? SO GOOD!! 100% true story: I called the restaurant, told them about my experience, and asked for the employees names. I would share a picture of my food but who wants to see a half eaten pizza? I HIGHLY recommend ordering from this location. I will DEFINITELY be back!!"

"I've had multiple encounters with the Pizza Hut in Lakewood Ranch, and I regret to say that both experiences have been incredibly disappointing. The first time I ordered, half of my order was completely forgotten, and I had to deal with the hassle of getting it sent out again. Mistakes can happen, but when they occur repeatedly, it's clear there's a problem with the management and service quality at this location. Today, I decided to give them another chance, but this time was equally frustrating. Although their website allowed me to order the items, the store never had them available. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of organization is unacceptable. Given the consistency of these issues, I strongly advise anyone looking to enjoy their food to avoid this particular Pizza Hut branch. Instead, I recommend opting for reliable alternatives like Domino's or Papa John's. It's a shame when a well-known chain falls short in terms of service and customer satisfaction."

"I love Pizza Hut! I worked in one for 3 years in high school over 40 years ago and over that time I did dish, prep, cook, cashier and on busy nights sometimes waited tables. I have been to this place multiple times since it opened recently and every time it is a DISASTER. This is disappointment as my home is very close by and was very happy to hear we were getting a Pizza Hut. As mentioned above, I have worked in a restaurant, I understand what it means to be in the weeds but this place simply is awful. The well accepted practices Pizza Hut seemingly has mastered at other stores regarding production, teamwork, food safety and basic customer service have never been shared with this staff. The extremely poor customer experience at this Pizza Hut needs to be acknowledged and fixed. It is clear there needs to be some training done at this location. i would also recommend you limit the number of orders per hour that the system accepts as these folks need weeks or months of experience to get up to full speed. I encourage management to look at the video recordings of operations 10/20/23 between 5:25 PM and 5:40 PM and you will see the chaos I describe."

"Well.... The pizza we got, though not what we ordered was good. A meat lovers should have pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, bacon, seasoned pork & beef. I think we may have gotten a pepperoni and sausage. Possible extra cheese. Good, but not really interchangeable. There were three employees in the store, but my wife needed to wait until their conversation was finished. It's not too impressive here."
