FedEx Drop Box

The FedEx Drop Box located at 395 Village Drive in Kissimmee, Florida, offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose between 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping for FedEx Express, or opt for FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

This drop box accepts a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with your own packaging and a FedEx label. Boxes up to 20" x 12" x 6" are accepted at this location.

Drop-off times may vary depending on the location, with many drop boxes now offering extended drop-off times. Saturday pickup is also available at select drop box sites.

To use this service, you can create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number. Print the label, affix it to your package, and bring it to the FedEx Drop Box. Please note that cash, check, or credit card payments are not accepted at the drop box location.

In addition to the drop box service, FedEx also has nationwide FedEx Office locations that offer packing and shipping services, as well as FedEx Ship Centers with late hours and cutoff times. Hazardous goods can also be shipped at these locations.

You have the option to use FedEx packaging or your own with a FedEx shipping label. Please do not leave packages outside the drop box; instead, bring oversized packages to the counter at a nearby FedEx location.
