Maingate Transportation

"I have had the pleasure of using shuttle services with Maingate Transportation from MCO to Margaritaville for a family event, The driver was pleasant and held a sign up with my name on it as I exited the baggage claim area. The Customer service was impeccable and the ride was smooth heading to our destination despite the heavy amount of traffic in Orlando. Our Return Booking was executed flawlessly as I needed a later pick up, I spoke with Jeanine at dispatch and she assured me that the adjustment in time will not be a problem. The good is never expressed but the bad is always communicated. I appreciated that sense of assurance and will use them next visit. I wish them all the success imaginable. JS"

"I've been using tje service since sunday. Every single day, they have been late from 15 minutos to 35 minutes. Today, a new record. Almost 40 minutes as I erite the review. The pick up time to leave for Sea world is already late (10h45) and to go back to the hotel is early (06h05 pm). Now it's nearly 40 minutes waiting and the bus has not arrived yet. This is so disrespectful to costumers, who have no idea how long they have to actually wait and won't even be anle to enjoy the park as much. Worst experience ever."

"I recently used Maingate transportation to go from our hotel to the local attractions. They were very accommodating with some unexpected changes we needed to make. They are very responsive and i have no complaints with our rides at all! We do this family trip annually and I’ll definitely continue to use Maingate for our transportation!"

"They often come late or early, same spot operates multiple buses to multiple destination and are completely unmarked (the only way to know where it goes is asking the driver), and today there has been a new low in their service for me. I've booked it yesterday to Universal's, for TODAY'S date, it has changed the $10 fee, i have the confirmation email, but the bus didn't show up. I've called them and they claim my reservation is for YESTERDAY (my confirmation email disagree). I am now waiting for Lyft. The drivers do their best, really. But the company is as disorganized as it gets. Avoid if possible."

"Our trip from hotel to park was great. Friendly driver. We were to be picked up at Disney at 6:30. At 6:40 I called and they said they were stuck in traffic. At 7 I called them back. They said the bus was there and left. No name on bus, driver did not stop at puck up area and people are not allowed to wait out in the lot. Lady on phone said she would try to correct problem and rudely hung up. We finally got a ride from a resort bus near our hotel. Don't trust them."
