"Went today 12/6 at 5:45 to drop off a package I had my kids in the car so I sent my mother in she was confronted by this lady. My mom went in and said she was here to ship this package this lady said “YOU PEOPLE ALWAYS SHOWING UP DOING THIS LAST MINUTE” my mom replied with “why do you have a attitude” she scoffed and then ended telling my mom the package wasn’t able to be shipped and told her to get out the store and then started yelling “BYE BYE BYE” My mom came out to the car in tears. Worst store ever."
"Worst customer experience I’ve had at a UPS store ever. Extremely rude, don’t offer services that every UPS store in the area offer. Go another couple miles down the street to the other one. Owner is a money hungry joke!"
