"On a Saturday night, an hour before closing, I placed an order from this establishment. I placed an order for two large cheese pizzas, one large pepperoni pizza, and a Meat Lover's Pizza with sausage, green peppers, beef, and bacon. My order was unsatisfactory, and the amount and toppings were subpar. The consistency of the dough and overall texture were unappealing to eat, so it was returned to the oven when I got home. I realize it was an hour before closing, but I'd rather have my order cancelled or amended than not cooked to my satisfaction."

"Terrible Pizza Hut! The employees here are unsupervised and it shows, I MEAN IT REALLY SHOWS. And if there is a supervisor, that supervisor needs a supervisor. Place is poorly managed! The breadsticks were pulled out of a heater thing with the bag drenched with grease as if it was there for many hrs soaking, along with the breadsticks looking like old piece of trash and slightly chewytough which clarifies it probably has been in there for hrs, it also look like some cheap quality bread with the smallest pinch of fake seasoning combined on all 5, and be cautious, they barly give a teaspoon of marinara for 5 breadsticks. You get all this cheap trash Pizza Hut bread stick experience for the most expensive breadsticks than other locations. There's more, I got the wrong topping on my pizza, and yes, It was rang up correctly. The guy/girl at the counter really reeks of 0 care in customer satisfaction. My pizza is still sitting in the warmer 3min after the tv screen claimed my order was ready with me sitting right there the whole time. But the guy/girl at the counter would rather talk to the other employee than to serve me my order right when it was said to be done. I mean, Seriously!, why was it placed in the heater, instead of handing it to me when, I was right there!?"

"Ordered for delivery a couple hours ago and I've been trying to reach the store. The dough from the two medium pizzas that were a part of our order was raw. My kids ate a couple of slices and when I went to eat one I noticed it. What a horrible experience and there's no answer when I try to call. Hope my family doesn't get sick. What a waste of money and a ruined dinner."

"Waited over an hour after quoted time for delivery. When I tried to call store, couldn’t get a real person. When pizza arrived, it had chunks missing out of it and ranch was opened. Pretty gross"
