"Bought furniture from Rooms to Go (RTG) and they subbed Southeast Transportation services to deliver. I confirmed my delivery window as 9am to 1 pm 3 times through RTG email delivery tracking system. At 6:40 am on the morning of delivery my phone rings and the delivery driver tells me he will be here 20 minutes. I told him I was still in bed and I preferred for him to come after 9 am as scheduled and we hung up. He texted me 20 minutes later and says he will be here in 20 minutes. Well sure enough he soon arrives and starts knocking and ringing the door bell. Then he goes to his truck and starts blowing my phone up, then he comes back to the door and is pounding on it this time and ringing the bell so I got of my bed and went to the door and asked him again to come back after 9. When he came back I snapped a picture of him because I could barely understand his very broken English and was not able to catch his name, he was also not identified with a name tag and I thought when I spoke to someone later on they may want to know who it was. The delivery guy who seemed to be in charge immediately “flew hot” when I took his picture and got super confrontational and I told him to leave my property if he was not able to change his attitude toward me. I don’t have to put up with that sort of treatment. It really put a bad taste in my mouth for these folks. They seem like a bunch of fly-by-night clowns in rented equipment trying to pose as a legit business. To impressed at all."

"It was great! No complains. We orderd from Rooms to Go. I live on a corner house, so they didn't block traffic. They didn't hold up traffic either. They texted me throughout the time frame, and when they said 10 mins, they meant it. They brought it into the room and set it up! Carlos Rivera was great and friendly! They respected my property, didn't damage anything, and the couch looks great!!!"

"Carlos delivered our furniture today. He was polite and quick. All our furniture arrived in good condition and was considerate to not get our carpet wet or dirty since it was raining. Very satisfied!"

"The absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever received. I’ve been waiting to hear from Vanassa Burgess in the claims department since March! And I’ve heard nothing and now my emails are blocked. DO NOT use this company! They are awful. As you can see in the pictures of what happened during my delivery it was a nightmare and they have done NOTHING to make it right."
