"Me and my children went in to eat as soon as we walked through the door employees was fussing amongst one another and one man cussing on his way to the register to take our order about how mad he was with management then when he got to the register he didn't greet us he stated do you have a pick up order. We haven't even ordered yet so we turned around and walked out didn't feel comfortable or welcomed."

"I just had 3 of the worst pizzas I have ever had in my life! We ordered the 2 medium pizzas for 8.99. One with bacon ham & mushrooms. The toppings were so sparse you couldn’t tell what was on them. We ordered thin crust(which was almost burnt) and the toppings were paper thin on both. It looked like a tablespoon of sauce & cheese on it. The medium regular crust Hawaiian chicken was equally sparse & disgusting. Upon calling the Manager (so he said) said they were the same as any price pizzas. He offered to credit my next order & I said I doubt there would be another one he said ok thanks & hung up! No effort at all to convince me to give them another try. Really poor customer service! I’ve ordered from there 4/5 times and it’s never been disgusting! I even have points still after redeeming some. NEVER AGAIN!"

"Usually this is my go to Pizza Hut during the day. Never have had any issues at all with day shift. Ordered a pizza at 6, didn’t arrive until about 9. It was supposed to be a medium pan pizza, instead it was a medium square pizza with enough red sauce to fill a water park. Disgusting. Couldn’t even eat it."

"Ok. So I order at Uber eats and I receive a uncook pizza. I call and ask for a manager and the answer of the manager on Duty "RON" was "I assure you that our pizza is not a uncook" I was like w t... I went to the place to bring the pizza and the manager looking at the uncook pizza tell me that it was "OK" but fine he made another one...guess what happen when I get home??? Was cook but WITHOUT SAUCE!!!!! I always order here but thanks to "RON THE MANAGER ON DUTY" You lost a lot of costumers my friend."
