"Jeremiah went out of his way to help us today. We have been doing some renovations, so I had ordered a new cooler for the upstairs. I just happened to be unpacking it when he came in with our delivery. He not only carried the old cooler upstairs, he also set up the new cooler downstairs, made sure it worked, and to top it off, then carried a jug of water upstairs before unloading our usual delivery! Excellent service, thank you Jeremiah!"
"Great tasting water, terrible customer service. Other than the person who took my credit card information when I first signed up, every other person I’ve spoken to from this company over the phone has been very rude and delivered poor customer service. I’m not sure what happened to this company, I had used them in the past & always thought they were super helpful and nice over the phone. That is certainly no longer the case."
