"These company need to be shutdown immediately. Order my stove Nov 24th 2023, amd they delivered the wrong stove and while i talking to the dispatcher, they said they cant do anything about it and i have to cancel the order and order a new one. NOW, i order a stove in Dec 13th, they said the delivery will be between 8am-12pm on Saturday. I woke up 7:30am and waited patiently for the driver. I saw a miss call on 8:05am and i call the number back at 8:06am but keeps going straight to voice-mail and saying, "the wireless customer is not available". I didnt think much of it since i be getting scams callers. No one has showed up so I call the company at 1:10pm to get an ETA when my delivery is coming and the dispatcher said they already attempted. I explained to them they never called or ring the bell or knock and he said they call 3 times around 8 and i told them no they didnt, i only received 1 phone call and i try to call back 4 times a min after they called me and went to straight voicemall. Then he said, "i cant do anything about that, Lowe's will call you back today to reschedule. Imma hang-up, have a good day". What kind of business is that! Didnt bother to fix the issue and instead, force to hangup on me because he didnt want to deal with the issue. This is just terrible service."

"This would have been a five-star review had there not been logistical snag the first attempt to deliver my generator. The two gentlemen that came to deliver my 200lbs generator were very nice, they delivered it inside the garage making it easy for me to unbox a large heavy item and get it set up alone. I don't really care for how the date and time picker works on Amazon because RXO doesn't seem to use the date and time you picked which causes an issue or has potential to cause an issue as it did in my case. Other than that the delivery was a pleasant experience."

"My product arrived damaged the first two times but it wasn't their fault. The guys that came out were very kind, careful and courteous with trying to work out a solution as soon as possible. The third time was a charm. The company does a great job communicating with the customer on delivery and arrival time."

"RXO delivered our refrigerator today. We were given a delivery window of 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and were pleasantly surprised when the delivery truck arrived at 8:45 am. The two-man crew quickly removed the old refrigerator, unloaded the new refrigerator, and installed it in our kitchen. The delivery crew was equally efficient in removing the box, plastic wrapping and other debris. The kitchen was spotless when they left. Both delivery employees were polite and professional. It was an impressive improvement over the delivery service that we have experienced from other companies in the past. I highly recommend RXO."
