"We used the service from Orlando Airport to cruise ship and then after cruise back to the airport. The vans were extremely clean and comfortable. Car seats for our toddlers and boosters for our kids were provided and in good condition. Communication with the drivers was excellent with texts from them a few hours before pick up, providing all the information as to where to meet the drivers. When our flight was delayed and we were very anxious about reaching the ship on time, our driver went above and beyond, and helped us navigate to the ship in time. We also changed a pick up time after the cruise and they were flexible and worked with us. I highly recommend using the service."
