"Used for trip from Disney French Quarter to Orlando Airport. There were 6 of us and we had requested a 10 passenger van, which was the vehicle sent. Sergio, the driver, was excellent. Showed up a little earlier which was great. Loaded on probably about 10 bags. Van was clean and seemed very new. Ride to the airport was a breeze and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company."

"Wonderful service from start to finish. Sergio was of great help when I was booking (we needed three car seats for the kids and a grocery stop). When we landed at the airport, we got a text message then a call from our wonderful driver, Carlo, shortly after. The ride was an absolute luxury for our family of 5. For the return, Carlo was once again early and offered excellent service just like at pickup. Despite the foggy weather and heavy traffic, we felt extremely secure with Carlo. We got to the airport on time and Carlo knew exactly where to drop us off. We will definitely be contacting Orlando Transfer again when we come back and we hope to see Carlo again. "Carlos picked up our family from the airport. He was professional, polite, well-dressed, charming, and very funny. We had an exceptional time. We laughed all the way to our destination, 45 minutes away. What a great way to start our family vacation! *We originally booked in 2020, but our cruise was canceled due to the pandemic. We had prepaid for our transfers and made an agreement to let Orlando Transfer keep our payment in exchange for a future trip.
