Orlando Ultimate Town Car

"Car and Driver were excellent but after I called to make sure they were picking up in time for flight (info they already had) they charged a $45 change in reservation fee. Shouldn’t they know what time to pick up? Why provide the flight info during initial reservation? Ridiculous. Neither me nor my company will be using them again."

"Ultimate Town Car was wonderful! My family has been going to Orlando for years and this is the best transportation company we’ve ever had ! It was easy to schedule , and they were always quick to respond to questions. They were super super good at communicating with us! They called 2 days in advance of both trips to confirm as well as sent several texts letting us know they were on the way. The vans were very clean and the drivers were professional and nice. They had car seats ready for our infant as well as our 3 year old. They even played Disney music for our kids on the trips . I have written their name down in our “Orlando file” because I will use them for all future visits to orlando. Oh! And did I mention their prices were great!"
