"This company delivers for Home Depot and delivered our appliances yesterday. Guy named "Jajuan" refused to install only to find out they broke our washer shutoff. When they arrived they thought we were someone else named "Bunny" Extremely rude. Also as seen here installed dryer plug dangerously. Took parts with them. Had to go buy parts to complete install and have plumber change shutoff. Beware...don't buy at Home Depot if this company delivers."

"The WORST company ever. The height of their stupidity is unmeasurable. The office staff and the Manager April provide NO customer service, I felt sorry for the installers, they couldn't even begin to explain the lack of customer service and their inability to resolve an issue of 2 missing screws. I am going to complain LOUDLY and CONSISTENTLY to Costco and GE because this 3rd party vendor isn't worth the money they are being paid and ruining their reputations."

"Rude, lazy, and annoyed. Those three words perfectly describe my experience with them delivering my dishwasher. Gave me some run around about two valves when there was nothing mentioned by Home Depot about a dishwasher needing a single, dedicated valve. This company has terrible customer service. Here for a total of 5 minutes before leaving the dishwasher on the porch and off to disappoint the next customer."

"Damaged floors on original install, failed to install, doesn't call back. Lied to GE about why they couldn't install cook top replacement. Should NOT be in business.Do NOT use this company. GE had them deliver my cook top, to replace the one they installed in October, which was damaged. They dropped it off and left. GE spoke with Antonio who said they could not install it because there are 3 gaping holes in my wall. Which is a lie. Our home is new construction, and I tried to set the record straight. I spoke to this company on 3 separate occasions, and each time I got a blow off, and a "I gave your message to the assistant manager." Would not let me talk to the manager. This place needs to be shut down."

"Home Depot assigned the installation of my dishwasher to this company. They were unable to install the dishwasher and in the process broke the garbage disposal. I have never seen such incompetence in my life. Their installer left leaving the electrical panel open and water leaking out to the garbage disposal. This company should not be in business. They never called back with a fix to the garbage disposal. Home Depot initiated an insurance claim for the garbage disposal. Please save yourself the headache and don’t have any dealings with this company. I would give them zero stars but this option does not exist."
