"Terribly UNRELIABLE! Guys showed up an hour late. No apology. Brought too small of a truck, had to make multiple trips making it super late finishing up. They forgot 5 boxes upstairs that we had to go back at 3am to move out of the house ourselves. The 2 guys that showed up were polite and respectful. But the owner is terrible! They agreed to taking our couch to the dump and didn’t … left it on the side of the road. They did not offer to move boxes in rooms. Left boxes in the garage only moving the few pieces of furniture inside. Great price but horrible service. The agreement included them assembling the furniture but when we got to the house they said we only assemble furniture that we take apart ourselves. Which I understand but that was not the original agreement. We texted and called for them to take the couch to the dump again the day after with NO response. I asked if they had any packaging tape that I could finish taping up the last 3 boxes with a one word response “No.” The worst moving company I have ever used."

"On Friday, my husband and I were helping move my dad and realized there was no way we would be able to move his 7ft couch into his new apt. I called all over town and these folks called me back within minutes, booked 2 guys (Frankie and Devine), and were out to help us within the hour! The guys were professional, super nice, and best of all super efficient! Considering the last minute call for help and the time frame, the price was amazing too! If I ever need to move anything again, I am calling this company-hands down! Huge thank you to this amazing team!"

"We have multiple pieces of broken furniture. There are boxes that were dropped and some that were crushed because they stacked heavy ones on top of light ones. They dropped one of our dressers and were laughing about it. They turned another dresser upside down entirely. They dragged our mattress across a parking lot. They left our 3 large TVs sitting in the parking lot for about an hour. We had to rent a cargo van the next day to get all that was left behind. Almost everything we own was left in the garage instead of the house because their behavior and lack of skill had my husband fed up and he didn't want them doing any more than they had to at that point to reduce the risk of further damage. We don't know the full extent of the damage yet because we are still sorting out the mess. I contacted the main guy, Efrain, and was told he would call me back, but of course he has not. All of this was after jacking the price up an extra $100 claiming we had a storage unit when it is the detached garage that we had already discussed the contents of before the initial quote. These are not professional movers or anything that remotely resembles professional movers. My husband and 12 year old could likely have done a better job on their own. EDIT: Among what was later found to be broken is a one of a kind hand carved cane. Efrain still does not care and still has not called back. These people are beyond unprofessional. I guess that when they showed up in a uhaul I should have known. If they were any good they should be successful enough to afford their own trucks."
