"I never leave reviews but would like to save somebody money. I took a high-end scope to be mounted and bore sighted there. Over-the-phone they told me it would be ready in a half-hour. I went there an hour later and then stood there for another hour to have them come out saying that they couldn't mount my scope because the rings I provided were to low. These rings were CNC for this scope and for that rifle. But the main reason for this review when I got home I noticed that the scope was obviously dropped and damage. So much that I can no longer screw the sun shade in. When I took the scope there it was brand-new in-the-box. Oh and when they came out they misplaced instructions/ manual with the scope and when he showed me the rings were too low they were mounted backwards. If they didn't know how to mount it that's fine. I could deal with them telling me it was done and waiting there but they never even we're working on it but the fact that they damaged my brand-new over $4,000 scope is unacceptable. They deal with a lot of air rifles so if you're doing that maybe they're okay but I would definitely never bring them anything worth any value. Ps the scope is mounted on the rifle currently. Those rings were. machine for it. You know you dropped it your lack responsibility for other people's things is disgusting."

"Excellent customer service, bought semiautomatic shotgun from another dealer, after 5 rounds it malfunctioned, took to JM and less than 2 minutes told me the failure and got it back to operating. Contacted manufacturer and they are sending me the parts. Will be doing business with them for all repairs and accessories"
