"Here’s my delivery. A 550 pound shower enclosure. In the street."
"I was told that my window for delivery was from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm and that I would receive a phone call 30 minutes before the delivery. No phone call, they just showed up, didn't acknowledge they were there. Just unloaded in my front yard, I saw them just before they drove away. Will not be using this company again."
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Poor customer service on the phone and poor delivery service. It was not my choice to use them. I ordered a heavy item from Amazon, and they chose them for delivery. I paid for entryway delivery as I am a female and cannot lift 300lbs by myself. However, it was left in front of my garage blocking my exit. I contacted Amazon and explained the situation. I was told by Amazon they would return in 2-3 hours to place inside. They gave their contact # to follow up. I called Ceva (3 times, might I add--they keep answering the phone and not saying anything.) I was told by their rep Cassandra, very "attitudish" that, "their policy states entry way delivery meant that they could leave it in front of the garage, in front of the porch, or on the doorstep." I asked if she could forward me that policy. She said, "no, that I would have to go to their website and click contact us and leave my complaint and someone would call me in 48 business hours." I explained to her that the meaning of "entry" way meant "to enter" being inside the garage, inside the front door, and inside the house. She insisted their policy stated differently. That is misleading information. I I'm sure it will be a class action lawsuit against them soon; as it should. Amazon should STOP using them as it's a negative reflection on their business as well."
"They weren't friendly or helpful, they just wanted to drop off and leave. Left the boxes on the pallet and would not do anything more than that. Boxes are incredibly heavy for one female, there were two men that dropped it off that could have easily helped me out."
