"Worst of all . They never answer the phone. I have a claim since December and still waiting for my refund because they broke my wall. Extremely bad customer service. Damien came to see the damage after 6 months he promised that everything will be taken care and I'm still waiting. They should close for business."

"One star is too many stars for this outfit! Two major appliances bought from Home Depot and both came damaged. Lucky I got to the refrigerator quick enough in the 48 Hours to report damage and that was after I had to install door handles. When the installer came on the third day from delivery it was found that the delivery company had dropped the dishwasher bending the bottom frame now being told will have to have service or use warranty on a brand new appliance because the installer wasn’t here one day earlier and had to remove the wood frame still bolted because delivery company failed to as was part of delivery is to COMPLETELY UNPACK their deliveries than this would be uncovered and could be reported in the allotted 48 hours."

"If I could give a zero, I would! DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HOME RUINED! And if you order something from Home Depot, specifically request they use a different service! I just bought a new home, the guys delivered my washer/dryer and ruined and scratched my brand new floors. They did not wear PPE equipment. They refused to give me their name. They refused to call the company so I could speak with their boss. When I asked them to please speak English, so I could understand, they said no. They refused to provide me with anything except a middle finger and walked out the door. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect. Absolutely and utterly disgraceful!!!"

"Run from this company if they happen to be making a delivery to you. They were supposed to deliver a dishwasher to me, install the dishwasher and haul away the old one. When the driver made the delivery, he said that he couldn't install the dishwasher because he didn't have the right bracket. He asked if he could leave the dishwasher, since he said he would be back with the bracket, so, I said okay. When I called the company, they said that the driver closed the ticket and that I would have to go back to either American Home Shield or GE to get it installed. This was after having to wait 7 months for the dishwasher issue to be taken care of. Also, I called GE and they informed me that the dishwasher does not need a bracket to be installed. So, the driver lied to me regarding the bracket and coming back to install the dishwasher. When I called Ralph's Transfer to rectify the problem, they just kept reiterating that the driver canceled the order and that there was nothing else they could do. They said they would have a supervisor call me when they were ''ready.'' The people there were rude, given the fact that their driver lied and caused further delay, after having to wait 7 months for the dishwasher. I would not use this company ever again, given the circumstance that I described."

"Terrible delivery. Going on my 5th delivery since Early October of a GE Haier dishwasher. All have arrived damaged, dripping wet, missing parts including but not limited to missing handles, missing trim kits, missing foam insulation, broken racks and severely dented internal stainless tubs and exterior front stainless 5 inch to 10 inch dents, and back dent and use of silicon adhesive to fill holes , scratches across front and one unit smoked after 6 uses. GE Haier acknowledges this is a common scratch and dent practice. All units other than smoked unit have been rejected at the curb. Just terrible. I one of course claims responsibility. All I want is a working undamaged dish washer. These are $1800 dishwashers and are very attractive to those shopping scratch and dent. Hmmm."
