"A very busy place, extremely professional group of people and they were able to assist me with my pickup! Thanks!!"
"I'm honestly not sure how to express my dissatisfaction with my visit to this place. I had two loads on my trailer they took the entirely wrong load. They were supposed to get four pallets they ended up taking 34 pallets. When I came back to get it straight nobody was here except for one supervisor who unloaded his load and told me that there wouldn't be anyone available until 3:00 p.m... I need to be at the other receivers by 2:00 or they close and I have to spend the entire night in Orlando. I was probably told I wouldn't get out of here no earlier than 4:00 p.m."
"Great place to work. The benefits are awesome, the new management staff in place is wonderful, and the overall ambiance is better than most LTL company’s offer. Just like any company, you have your ups and downs with personal conflicting situations. Just control your environment with integrity and morality and those efforts would pass onto to the consumers."
"My vehicle was very heavily coated by a sheen of a dark oil that was leaking from their truck. Their response "thanks for letting us know we will notify our maintenance team." Now my truck is covered in oil (has been washed 3 times already, and the inside smells like a refinery from it being sucked up in the fresh air intake of the air conditioner."
"I have been using freight companies about once a month on average for the last 4 years and it's been common to encounter late deliveries and occasional royal screw-ups. Shipping by freight is NOT like shipping via UPS or Fedex, the logistics are very different, and people not used to freight shipping often are not aware of this. I recently used Saia to ship a generator to me in Florida right after Hurricane Irma and they got it here fast and had excellent customer service. I called them to check tracking since the number I was given by the shipper didn't work, and the Saia rep not only gave me the info but also said he would call back the next day to confirm the latest tracking, which he actually did. He knew the shipment was a generator and seemed genuinely concerned about the timely delivery of this item. The driver also called me before delivery to confirm I would be around, and he arrived when he said he would. He was courteous and helpful unloading the heavy generator. I will be using Saia again."
