They scheduled the pick up within hours of my request, sent a confirmation email, and were right on time. Very friendly. He also took photos as we did and gave us a tracking number. It was delivered right on time with care. The ability to track the package was convenient and easy on their website."

"I have had 4 deliveries from them so far. Most deliveries are from Gus. He is absolutely the man and is all about customer service. Today they were going to deliver some product to my storage unit for my small business and did not send a driver with an electric pallet jack. The guy who called from the office did not really seem to be worried and said we could try to get it in the storage unit since it has a 2" lift to get it in the door. Eric, the new driver, called Gus and he swung by just to help get it in my unit. They teamed up and the delivery was done flawlessly and blew my mind. These are not "just delivery drivers". They care. Gus is, and always has been solid. Eric made a great call to see if Gus was nearby. Gus jumped on it and made it happen in between all his other deliveries.
