"The employee who took my order was polite, friendly, helpful. I ordered a Biggie Bag---lotz of food. The crispy chicken sandwich was good. Some soda machines are not set correctly with the ratio of water to syrup for the correct mixture but Wendy's had it set up correctly. Fizzy beverages with correct amount of sweetness. Building is setting on a VERY busy intersection for getting in & out of parking lot."

"The food was delicious, more so than the regular Wendy's in our neck of the woods. It was fresh and hot, and it even looked appealing, unlike many restaurants in fast food. The staff were friendly and pleasant!"

"Ordered food on the Wendy’s app. Apparently last time I did that, it was in Indiana. Ordered here in ocala, waited and waited, only to realize my food never was made. Upon checking the app I realize that I’ve been charged and the “order” was final. My food is ready in Indiana. The store here won’t make it right, and the store in Indiana won’t answer the phone, The customer service on the Wendy’s app won’t answer the phone either. This app I guess is designed to screw the customer intentionally and Wendy’s will not fix the problem. I won’t be ordering again. 11/27/23. 1805."

"Jesus, what has happened to Wendy's??? Admittedly I don't eat there often, but I got a $5 chicken sandwich meal, and no lie, the chicken nuggets were twice as thick as the "chicken" sandwich, and it was more than half breading! The fries were cold and stale 2 minutes down the road. I know it's a "cheap option", but I won't be going back again. Ridiculous."

"By far the worst Wendys I have ever been to, terribly slow and very rude. Drive through has you captured due to the curbs, so you can't change your mind. I know good help is hard to find. Perhaps shut it down. I would bet money that they would not pass a health inspection either. Gave me the wrong food, so I had to go inside to capture all the attitude. You sure you didn't order that because that is what you said? Oh heck no! I cannot get back this wasted time. Maybe fix the speaker outside. Or better. Shut it down. Long hair with not tied up or hair net in the kitchen. I don't want to see this. Shirt says Best Fries No Lie - maybe if they were warm? It isn't even busy, they are just inept."
