Party City

"I ordered balloons for delivery two weeks in advance. The day before the delivery, I asked if they could be delivered at 3p not between the span of 3-5p. The young lady advised usually they come within the first hour but are delivered by Door Dash. On the day of the delivery, they split my order without telling me. Once the first order came, I called to inquire about the rest of the ballon’s. The person who answered the phone was VERY RUDE as if I should have known it would be split up. She was very curt with me, raising her voice as if she didn’t want to answer my questions. If you don’t like your job find another one! This was a ballon release for my Grandmother who passed away, we had her funeral that day. So with that being said, she’s lucky I was not in the mood that day because I would have had Party City in a choke hold and now that I am writing this review, I should reach out to corporate! Anyway, teach your employees great customer service!"

"There were a lot of cool things, but the store was so run down looking. The isles were barely walkable because there was so much crammed in there. There were items on the floor, and it looked like the only staff available were behind the registers. There were a lot of broken items still on the shelves. It just looked like the store didn't care and didn't try."

"Soooo many balloons! My goodness, they have everything you need for a party. Even pop up trash containers. So well organized by theme. It made me smile just to browse. Really worth a visit."
