"Be careful using this company to have your firearms serviced. You may not receive them back. I dropped my gun off to be serviced and have been waiting to hear back that it was done, only to be told that they sold my gun. I attempted several times to contact the business to see if my gun was done and could never get in touch with anyone. No one called me to let me know my gun was done or to let me know that they were going to sale my gun and keep the proceeds from the sale. I basically dropped off a gun and never received it back. When I finally was able to get in contact with someone about this, they were extremely rude and not sympathetic that they sold my gun without my permission and I am now at a loss of a firearm that was not cheap. I would avoid this business at all cost when needing a gun serviced. Which if you can read prior reviews about servicing, others had the same issue which I wish I knew about. Stay away from this place if you want to have a gun to bring home. I only gave one star because it requires it, otherwise I post this review with no stars."

"Kris and the staff are great! They are extremely knowledgeable in the firearms they sell and also with gunsmithing. They are no-nonsense, straightforward firearms enthusiasts. They will answer your questions honestly, even if it's not to their benefit or even necessarily what you wanted to hear, which I love! They are not the "used car salesmen" you find at some of the other Lakeland firearms shops. They're genuinely interested in helping you find what you need and what's right for you. They understand that there are no one-size-fits all solutions in the firearms world. I come here for all my firearms needs. I especially love the large selection of firearm parts they stock. You can build your very own custom high-quality firearm right off the shelf. Titan also provides customization services! They can paint, Cerekote and laser inscribe firearms. They helped me with an anniversary gift for my wife. It turned out absolutely amazing! (Just know, this is not a while-you-wait service so make sure you have at least a 2 week lead time.) Kris and the team helped me through all the selections from the firearm to the inscription font types to color schemes to finish coatings. They had everything packed up and ready in time for my anniversary celebration. Titan is also a great FFL Transfer location should you ever need to order something online. You order what you want, ship to the store address and they'll call you when it arrives. They process all the paperwork for you and make the process as streamlined as possible."
