"I do not recommend this taxi service. I scheduled transportation a week in advance, I even confirmed the night before… and the driver was still late! That morning, I kept calling their number. It just kept ringing and ringing… an hour LATER, someone FINALLY answered the phone. SO frustrating!! What’s even more frustrating the lady who answered the phone said to text and hung up on me more than twice. NO I wanted answers communicated right then and there!!! When I finally got ahold of the driver, he said that the lady “scheduled the wrong time.” HOW? when I scheduled in advance and CONFIRMED THE TIME the night before!! Such an inconvenience to my prompt schedule. Also: Emily picked us up from the airport, she just sat in the car, didn’t offer to help us with our luggage in and out the car. The only good thing is, we got to and from the airport safely"
"We called her, she said she could absolutely take 5 people to our location. When she arrived she said “no I will not take 5.” We waited 20 minutes for her to just cancel and say she could not take 5 people. I had a group of 5 people who heard me ask MULTIPLE times if she could take 5 people. Complete waste of time and energy."
