"the worst transportation company, the driver who came to pick me up arrived 40 minutes earlier than he was supposed to pick me up, and called me while he was parked in my driveway, the appointment was for my baby, which I was finishing putting the clothes on when the driver called me, I told him to give me a moment, 5 minutes passed and I sent him a message telling him that I was going to go to the door, since I was putting the baby in the stroller to go to the door and the driver called me talking very rudely that I was wasting his time and that he was upset for waiting 5 more minutes, making me feel bad and talking to me aggressively, which my husband heard and went out to the door and my husband told him that he arrived earlier than the agreed time and he was early and he didn't have to speak to me in a bad way, to which the driver closed his door, put the car in reverse and almost ran my husband's foot over with the car and When reversing, he almost collided with another car when he aggressively wanted to leave my driveway. that driver only had 10 minutes in my house. When I called the company to tell them what happened, the company only focused on the fact that my husband was upset, but who wouldn't be upset with a person as rude as that driver, when I only talked to him nicely , I even sent a message to the driver. directly to give me a moment and that I was going to the door, the company did not apologize for its aggressive driver and stood in favor of this person and they did not care that I have everything on camera and I also have from the first to the last call that the driver did to me which shows that he was only at my house for 10 minutes and my message that I had sent him after he had waited only 5 minutes. very bad transportation company."

"This company is honestly the WORST my grandmother is very sick with pneumonia and has a lot medical issues. It has been many times now that they just left her sitting there for hours and hours in the freezing cold in the hot blistering sun. its ridiculous why have a company that doesn't do their job nor care about any of their patients most of the people don't speak English and are very rude I definitely had to control my mouth. 0/10 would not recommend a terrible place like this save the trouble and aggravation away from your poor parents and grandparents"

"This company deserves to be shut down. Not only are the workers unprofessional and speak barely any English. They have no regard for the safety of the passengers. Today one driver got annoyed with a passenger after He took her to the wrong pharmacy (after having already stubbed her toe by not being gentle with the wheelchair). He then proceeded to wheel her out the vehicle and leave her in the middle of CVS and then DRIVE AWAY. She was now left with no transportation and sitting alone in a CVS to fend for herself. This company clearly does not care about their passengers and are not trained in the act of caring for others. 0/10 would NEVER recommend."

"This company is a joke. I called to make sure that they would be on time to pick my dad up last night and they confirmed the trip said they'd be at my home at 10am today, waited till 10:30 and called them they said they canceled the trip.. mind you it takes over an hour to get my dad ready every Friday and his wound care is only on Fridays, because he needs a special bed with the top hoyer lift. They didn't have the courtesy to call so that we can make other arrangements. Very unprofessional..."

"This company is responsible for taking care of the needs of those who they transport, but 95% of the drivers don't speak or understand English. The drivers are constantly texting while driving. Or if they aren't texting they are talking badly about the passengers to their friends or family or coworkers on the phone. They show up to get you hours early before your appointment starts and will will complain at you in their poor broken English, and then pick you up from your appointment 2 or more hours late and drive like maniacs because they are upset with you to scare you because they can't abuse you any other way, or not show up at all without calling you but will call the office where your appointment is and cancel the appointment on you so that the office you're supposed to be at wont call asking where you are. I really wish sunshine health would find a better company to use. I gave them one star because zero stars can't be selected."
