"Purchased a set of birthday balloons for my daughter’s sweet 16. One popped while it was being blown up. I get to my car and before I got Home two completely deflated and one popped. The next morning they were already on the floor and no good. So my daughter didn’t even get to enjoy them."

"Our coworker is turning 40 & we ordered gifts for her special day. We had it delivered to the office & items were missing from the order. Not only did they not deliver the remaining items to us, but when I drove across town to get the items, all I got was a 10% military discount without “having to answer questions”. I said “I don’t mind answering questions”! I guess this is the only way I get to express my dissatisfaction. Good thing it happened though, because the tiara we would have gotten was damaged. At least the young man was polite."

"Been in this store 3 times this week for a party I’m planning and the crews there working have absolutely zero customer service. They all act like they hate life and they want you to walk out of the store feeling the exact same. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this store (which to a massive corporation is nothing I get) you would think a cashier would at least acknowledge my existence while checking my items. No eye contact, no thank you, just says absolutely nothing while handing you the receipt and gives you a “go to hell look.” This is the feeling and treatment I get every time I leave this establishment. It’s like a twilight zone episode. I walk away scratching my head going “Why the hell did I come in here when I could’ve ordered it off Amazon for cheaper.” The good news is I got what I needed but from now on I will get what I need of Amazon and won’t have to be put through this again."
