I leave a detailed voice message, what I want and asking how can I get it. No reply that day. Called again next day. No answer, left another detailed message. No return call that day or ever. How can anyone survive with a business attitude like that? Went to Cabela's."

"0 customer service skills.. been here about 2-3 times and all those times I was ignored when walking in they just look at me and turn their heads back to the tv until I walk closer to them asking a question then when I spoke to the middle aged man (on both occasions) it seemed as if he was tired of me talking and asking questions. If you want a good gun store keep driving down that same road and goto West coast pawn & gun shop. That store doesn’t make you feel like trash and actually enjoy talking about the product they sell."
