Target

"Lakeland North will no longer be receiving my business. I ordered an item online and it was ready for pick up. I extended the pickup time and it was confirmed (I’m a working mom who lives further away). Order pick up was confirmed then this morning I get an item cancelled notification. I call the store to figure out why and no one can figure it out. (This just happens to be an item that is a hot commodity) I’m placed on hold for a manager and the line gets disconnected. I called back multiple times for the phone to just ring and ring. I’ve had issues at this store many times but this is the last time I will be shopping here. With a store only a few miles from there, why choose a store who has bad customer service? I can’t help but think that one of their employees wanted the item and cancelled it."

"Was on a really tight schedule trying to get to work. I wasn’t wanting her to rush but the cashier Laurie was literally just sitting there talking to the lady in front of me and not even ringing her items up. I said something to her about it and she just ignored me and kept talking. The lady in line behind me got fed up and went to another line. She was done before me with 3 people in front of her. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate."

"Target stores has the worst customer service. I went to.the US 98 N, Lakeland store to do an even exchange for a Christmas gift for my correct size and young fellow at the counter refused to do it since I didn't have the receipt. It was a gift and of couse no receipt is given with a gift! I had not remove the tags on the items, so that was proof enough that it was their merchandise. Not the first time I've had issues with them. NEVER again will I go to any Target Store. People don't spend money for their overpriced goods. (Go to Bealls Outlet instead; good brands... cheap prizes and awesome customer service,)"

"Today December 22nd I took my six year old up to have him pick out some things for Christmas (single mom) and went to the service desk for some help, I was trying to keep this whole Santa thing going. The gentleman working the counter was helping Spanish women out, I explained to him if he could help me either leaving my stuff up there and I would get in my car pull up and come in and get it or if they could call someone Sneak it out, so my son wouldn’t see it and told me he could not do anything so me being A single mom with no help I had to Figure something else out, so I asked the security guard in front of the store If he could help me out enough, no problem. He saved this Christmas for me! Target please get people to work there, that care for others no matter your race!"

"Great inventory. Love to shop here for cosmetics and skincare items. They also have great kitchen and bath items as well as picture frames and wall decor. It is not as busy as Walmart and seems to have better quality items. Parking here is better also"
