"The staff was incredibly stand offish the managers would lounge around on their phones while having seasonals run around as if they were chickens with their heads cut off. The manager interrupted us while talking multiple times and it was incredibly distasteful I’ll stick to the online store from now on."

"This store is really hidden. Zumiez is a great concept especially for skate boards! I've been to other Zumiez stores that I love. Over times, I have been in this one and it is my opinion that it is not run very well. I was in there at a down time during the week and there were 3 Associates and no customers, Then on a busy weekend, there was only 1 person there. Asked why and was told they were unpacking shipment. I picked up an order and was handed a box. No bag. I asked for help. The Associates really didn't want to do it. Then another Associate came out and would not even help. Finally the 3rd Associate who was the Manger helped and she was awesome. If you visit the store, only see Tristan. Then it is worth it."
