"I purchase some jewelry from the jewelry department and everyone there was so helpful and very nice. I also purchased a pair of women's sneakers and the sales guy got me the wrong sneakers so the assistant manager the got me the right ones and saved me some money. thank you I appreciate you and your services"

Their patience and thoroughness in searching for a product was kind enough, and then they surprised us with a truly generous moment. Thank you for making a special memory for my family today!"

"I give them credit for holding on. But overall, I was amazed how much this store felt like a prison. They are located inside a dying/dead mall. And as such, they themselves seemed understaffed. I hope they never have an emergency since all but one set of doors to the mall are closed and locked. And even with that door, only one half is unlocked. Two of the #1 priorities in retail should be Customer Safety and Customer Service. Unfortunately, this location seems to be lacking both."

"This Macy’s it is a little outdated, disorganized and the staff is not very friendly compared to other Macy’s. The return counter or customer services don’t accept all returns only clothes if it is jewelry, perfumes or hole items you need to take to that department and do the return there, sorry but then why have a return desk or they don’t accept anything other than clothes. The perfumes desk we were waiting to be help for over 10 minutes that is ridiculous, we were looking for some furniture in the second floor there was nobody to help us or answer all the questions we had about a dinner table and some bedroom sets, the customer service in this macys is horrible or let’s just say there is none. I would not recommend this store for nothing!"

"Had to stop in to find a perfume I’ve been looking for, and no one else seemed to have it in stock. I was greeted by this nice very helpful lady that got me what I need, and also made a few suggestions. I was in, and out of the store in no time with out any issues. That’s how every shopping visit should be. Get in, get what you need, get waited on by a friendly person, and get out..."
