"Worst customer service ever to exist. Orlando local and 40 employees walking around just bumping into everyone not asking or even trying to provide help or assist in a sale. They are all teenagers that don’t care. Very sad display of customer service. It was non existent. Edit: I asked an employee if they had an authentic Bayern kit. He says “let me check”. I never saw him again. I again asked an employee about the kit and she just replied “ I don’t know” sad"

"Great merchandise but customer service could be better. The wait time for getting shirts personalized is a bit much. Definitely need to have more dedicated staff to make sure customers are not waiting almost an hour for a shirt. Otherwise the store is pretty nice, despite how small and cramped it was."

"Worst shopping experience in the whole of Disney springs. Counter staff did not even make eye contact, let alone engage in conversation. They just told be the price and took my cash. They need to go back to Disney sales college. If it was not desperate for a specific shirt I would have not bought anything."

"A bit underwhelming to be honest. The pictures make it look much bigger than it really is but in reality it's a really small store. I don't know why I was expecting this to be an epic mega soccer store. It's a very limited selection of cleats and other accessories but a good amount of jerseys. Was hoping maybe a strip of astro turf to try out cleats, a corner with a net set up to try out some balls, or ways to try out other accessories. It's a cool store to pop into if you're in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way to venture out there. Best soccer store so far is the one inside the Florida Mall. But in a perfect world, this Pele store would be 3x bigger and located inside an indoor soccer facility."

"Where do I start with this store? A young rising star manager named Roy. Handles his staff with excellence. The store greeted me, and educated me on each cleats. To narrow down which brand would best suit my needs. They did not treat me as if I was some dollar sign. I will be coming back to only do business here. Please note they only sell quality here."
