"The manager, Michelle was extremely rude . I was trying to check out and when I can cash out it says 15% off it didn’t have a barcode but she didn’t care to look at it or use it. It didn’t say Online only . she definitely could’ve honored it but instead she was extremely rude. Cut me off me I didn’t even buy the stuff. Highly disappointing good work for Victoria’s Secret. A normal manager would’ve had a conversation instead she wanted to argue and told me I don’t wanna I’m not gonna argue with you and it just ignored me ."
