"Cannot say enough good things about Rob, the General Manager, and his staff at this location. He was able to diagnose my need for a new motor ($300) after my pool service said I needed a new pump for $2200. They printed out diagrams of how to install it and after we ran into trouble they expedited it getting done quickly. ********** TEN stars if it went that high!"
"Justin was the man. Took time to help walk me through maintaining my new spa as well as testing its water to make sure everything was good with it. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional I would definitely recommend this location and will be back for help when maintaining my spa."

"Leslie's provides terrible, terrible service. My most recent bad experience: I scheduled a repair service, which ended up being days out. The automated reminder was antiquated. The four hour window came and went, but the tech never showed and never called. I called the horrible call center twice. After two exceptionally long waits, the first rep assured me that the I was still on. He was wrong. On the second attempt, the line was silent and then disconnected. Leslie's is horrible. Just use Amazon, and if you need actual service, use someone else - anyone else."
