"I needed carpet for a rental property I own. I was told 5 day install, it took over 2 weeks. Twice they scheduled appointments with me and didn't show up. They wouldn't answer the phones when I would call the store, so I had to drive to the store multiple times to talk to people. Their installers clogged and overflowed my toilet and instead of telling me they just shut the water off to the toilet for me to find later. They took the closet door of the track and didn't put it back. They left a mess after the install. DO NOT BUY CARPET FROM HOME DEPOT. It will lead to weeks of headaches and aggravation."
