She guided me through the various choices of styles and colors and listened to my needs and concerns before making any recommendations. When she visited my home, she was on time and further assisted me to make sure i would be happy with my choice. The installer, Duane, made an appointment to measure my windows, arrived on time was pleasant and efficient. On the instillation day, Duane and his assistant arrived within the timeframe, removed the existing shades, helped me store them away and installed the new ones quickly and efficiently He was pleasant and friendly I could not be happier with my experience with these people, and i would highly recommend this store and these associates to anyone looking for window treatments"
