When you buy something that is boxed, make sure all the parts are still in there as unfortunately some people help themselves and it is hard to police. We had a few parts missing on a mailbox we bought. We returned to the shop and the staff were very understanding and helpful"

"Being at Home Depot is a store that truly does not have competition. It’s tough to ever get service. I stood in aisle to waiting for 30 minutes for someone to cut the blinds for me with the machine that can only be used by employees. I had to figure out a way to buy a machine myself to cut the blinds and then return it because there was no one available. Its like Home Depot’s New Year Resolution is to Display that you have to Deal with Poor Service because there’s No Other Option"

This woman helped me during Christmas season and was a complete professional with an awesome attitude.! I hope she gets recognition for her stellar assistance."

"This particular store doesn’t Honer the preferred pricing and or bulk purchases for contractors. I spent over 100 k / year earned preferred pricing. Home Depot issued a 10% off up to $200 in discount. So, I you earned all the discounts you should be able to take advantage of them. Apparently this particular store doesn’t respect or honer their advertising for the contractors. Never again in this place."
