"I am having vinyl flooring laid in two rooms. When I ordered what I needed at the store, I know for a fact my salesman ordered the items in question. The installers are here, and who are great by the way. Very nice, and hard working. I called to find out why the pieces were missing, I got NO answer, just a bunch of babble; of course, they were not to blame, typical. So now I will have a half job done. I have be careful so I don't damage what has been laid. If that happens: I am NOT responsible. So, I have no idea when or if the missing pieces arrive ?"

"It's was my first time in the store. The store was fully stocked. The only thing I found missing was an employee to help me find what I was looking for. I eventually found an employee. He had a small handheld computer to enable him to find the items I was looking for. Arriving at the proper location the item I wanted was not there. The employee had no way of telling if the item was ever in the store . I finally arrived at the pickup area for an ordered item. It arrived two days after they told me it would be delivered. Again trying to find an employee to discover where it was I was lucky to find an employee went out of her way to help me find the Ordered item. I believe this store would be beautiful to shop in if there were more employees"
