They came to my house and ripped up an old floor and cleaned the room, installed new Luxury Vinyl Tile. I was afraid to look into the bedroom and told them to come get me when it was completed. "Absolute best! Totally recommend Prima Tile & Carpet who we hired to replace the damaged floor tile and shower walls that were installed by Heritage Floor in our newly built Lennar home. Anything Heritage touched was a total disaster and no support from the builder who hired them after they did a replacement and damaged everything again!!! We had no use of our retirement home for over 10 months and had to live in rented accommodation. We are both in our 70s. Prima tile and Carpet took the greatest care in replacing our downstairs tile floors and 2 bathroom shower walls. Everything looks amazing, no scratches, no damage, clean grout lines and rectified tile laid as it should be. Showers waterproofed and tiles installed properly not by 4 corners as Heritage did. Prima takes care of you and has the utmost pride in what they do. Bill, the owner can always be reached and explains everything in detail and always ready to answer any questions. He expects nothing but perfection from his installers and that is what we got. Though Lennar, Daltile and Heritage have not reimbursed us for what we had to pay to correct their shoddiness and couldn’t care less attitude, we are thankful to Prima for giving us our home back that we can now enjoy. After almost four years of hell and poor health dealing with Lennar, Daltile and Heritage, we are very happy we selected Prima tile & Carpet.
