"I recently attempted to work with Adonys on a simple task, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite my repeated attempts to schedule a time to meet with someone to discuss my needs, the staff consistently told me they were too busy to help me. This lack of responsiveness made it clear that they had no interest in helping me, and it left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I would suggest that anyone seeking professional assistance should look elsewhere."

"Poor quality and poor customer service! We ordered barn style shower glass doors. Unfortunately, once the glass was installed we noticed several scratches and smudges on both shower glasses. Additionally, the door did not remain closed. We contacted the company and after several attempts the owner finally agreed to install new glass doors. However, the installation crew continued trying to convince us that the scratched glass doors are okay and were questioning why they should be replaced. (This discussion took place after we had already agreed with the owner to have the doors replaced.) After the crew finally installed the new set of glass doors we requested the doors to be cleaned as this helps us to see if the quality of the doors are acceptable (e.g., no scratches, smudges, etc.) but, the crew refused to clean the doors as requested. This whole matter was very frustrating because (i) it took several months to resolve; (ii) a lack of customer service and compromise was difficult to obtain; (iii) we had to miss quite a bit of time at work coordinating with the company to reorder/reinstall the doors."
