"Okay I come here probably every other month. Generally, the employees are decent. However, I went there today and Evelyn was so sweet. There was a very rude customer in front of me and she handled the situation so well. And, when it got my turn to check out she was just so nice, and recommended I download the app. I e now downloaded the app and it's awesome. Thanks Evelyn!"

"While the store didn't have the correct hangers for mounting my large, wire hung painting, the framing department tech instructed me on the type of hanger to buy and sent me to Home Depot to get it!!! He was careful to explain balancing the weight of the art across the studs with multiple hooks to prevent excess weight on any one stud. Excellent customer service! I am a forever customer of this store!!!"

"New people don't seem to be trained well. Got put on a hold rotation type call twice, each time for five minutes. Yeah, I know its only 10 minutes, but the end result was getting someone who did know how the phone system worked, but then didn't know how to pull up saved photos from the online store. 100% my bad and I'll take ownership for calling too late for the photo manager to be on-site (they go at 5 and I called/got through after 7), but the whole experience makes it feel like they actively don't want a sale. Person on the phone was nice enough to inform me to come back Monday but I will just buy elsewhere. I don't recommend utilizing this location for print related services, there's an abundant amount of alternatives, just save time and go to one of them."

"Not impressed at all! Had nothing that I was looking for! Craft stores have really gone downhill over the years! Employees to help were sparse. Cashier was nice. Won't waste my time going there again. Some people still craft & collect, where are we to go for our craft needs?"
