"I visited today, purchasing a storage cabinet. The disassembled item in box weighed about 194 lbs, so of course I needed assistance in getting it to my vehicle. Not one, but two employees were kind enough to carry it out on a flatbed & load it into the van for me. Thanks guys! Appreciate it."

"The staff was very friendly, extremely helpful. Had trouble with an in store credit card that had trouble working but the supervisor gave it to us being our purchase was five bucks. We just had a key made. Thanks again to the guys who helped us out!"

"What an amazing experience at the Waterford Lowe's center. I was in need of supplies to repair master bedroom. I want to recognize the Lowe's team members that went out of their way to go as far as to even assisting me in loading the my cart with all the heavy items. I also need assistance in selecting tools for the installation. And they gave me options. and one of the tools they did not have in stock, and they went out of their way to make sure that I was able to locate the tool. I want to thank Mr.Cole, Mr Kevin, Mr Sam and Mr Eddy. They worked like a pit stop at Nascar to address my repair concerns. Mr. Sam, oversaw my entire shopping experience and made sure that I was extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend Lowe's at Waterford lakes for your next Do it yourself project. They also offer contractor services. Thank you again, Lowe's for being there in my time of need with my home repairs."

"I was in the market for a stove, so on Black Friday I was looking on the Lowe’s website and found the stove I wanted for a very good price ($400 off). We decided to run over to the local store to buy it. When we got there the price was much higher than advertised online, I asked about the difference the sales associate said when would check on the difference and see if I could buy it for the online advertised price. She came back and said I couldn’t, I asked why they don’t match prices and she couldn’t give me an answer. She said I would have to buy it online and get it delivered, which I did. When I bought the stove on Black Friday it said it was available and would be delivered the next day (Saturday Nov. 25). About an hour after I ordered the delivery person from another Lowe’s store called to say that they didn’t have the stove in stock and they would have to reschedule deliver for Friday Dec.1. That was fine with us, it would work out better that day anyway. On Wednesday Nov. 29 I received a voicemail from Lowe’s saying that they still couldn’t find the stove and wouldn’t be able to deliver on Friday. I called the number about an hour later and talked to customer service and the girl I talked to said she didn’t see any issues on my order and that the stove was scheduled to be delivered on Friday between 8-12. Well, Friday at 12 I still never received the stove, when I went to check the status online is said “unavailable”. I called the number again and talked to customer service and the girl said that she didn’t see anything wrong and that the stove should be there eventually. An hour later I check the status again and it says not going to be delivered and to call to reschedule a delivery date. I called back talked to customer service and the only advice she could give me was to cancel the order and rebuy it to get a new delivery date. I just cancelled the order altogether (because in the meantime I checked the online price and I can’t get the good sale price anymore, it’s back to the original price). Lowe’s needs to get their pricing in order, they need to match the in store and online pricing and they don’t need to screw around with customers."

"This has been an awful experience… I received my delivery yesterday and of course it was somebody else pickup order. The name and everything was printed and taped to the front of the item but they also left my customer copy which had my information on it as well two totally different names and information. I spoke with several people yesterday they told me yesterday someone would pick it back up no one did. I was also informed that until they got back the wrong item they delivered to my home that I would have to basically repurchase my item and be refunded once the other item is returned. I repurchased to replace the order that I needed immediately now I’m still waiting for them to pick up the other order so my money can be returned. It’s like they are giving me the run around they keep clicking the phone off in the store and keep putting me on hold. If they would’ve done their job correctly from the beginning this would’ve never happened. I don’t have time to drive there that’s why I paid for delivery and I shouldn’t be held liable or responsible for something they did or didn’t do."
