"I’m so disappointed in my curbside order experience. I travelled 10 miles out of my way to pick up a few items from this store. After waiting 20 minutes for an employee to bring out my order once checked in, I gave up and went inside. I got home and saw that an item they placed in my bag was broken and unusable. The item was very obviously missing a piece which was not in the bag. So an employee knowingly placed an unusable item in my order. How careless. After traveling so far out of my way, I get the joy of going back to the store (don’t have time for that) to address this. The blatant disregard is so disappointing."
