"Mario just told me he would not stand behind the 1 year warranty because he does not feel like he made enough of a profit on our job. We had approximately 600 sq ft of tile installed and the grout is crumbling out in many places. It was installed just 2 months ago. We also found our installer DRINKING on the job! Stay away from this company!!!!!"

"They’re the worst contractor I’ve ever dealt with. STAY AWAY!!! They brought the wrong materials and wrong color grout. If we were not there they would have installed. They show up hours late. The job took twice the time it should have and when you call to find out what’s going on they get defensive and arrogant. The GM Bobbi is all talk and no help. I should have checked out these reviews first. A general contractor mentioned them to me and I will make sure they are informed of this. After all the aggravation the results were mediocre. STAY AWAY!!!!!"

"After sitting and waiting all afternoon for a scheduled appointment, I called at 4:00 and found out they couldn’t come today after all. REALLY? And nobody called to let me know that. They just don’t show up. When I called, they did not even seem to care that nobody showed up. How unprofessional!"

"Terrible service!!! Refused to give me an estimate for tile per sqft. When I stated I was looking into other companies and just wanted to compare pricing his response was go ahead and go with another company it’s ok.... I preceded to ask if he could give me an estimate in regards to when I would be contacted he couldn’t give me an answer. I would never EVER refer anyone actually interested in buying tile from this company!!! Terrible service!!!"
