"We used this company to help remodel our house. We had beautiful hardwood floors laid throughout the house. The contractor completed the work and it looked great. One and half years in after the floors were laid we started to have water damage in our master bedroom. It turns out this contractor was negligent in how the floors were laid. They didn't install a proper vapor barrier and now our entire house worth of wood flooring is trash. We looked into a possible plumbing leak or water from outside sources and it turns out after several months of investigations and work done on the exterior of the house it turns out it all goes back to improper installation. We have to move out and replace all the flooring. I am extremely disappointed by the work done by this company and their response to our request to help make things right. Please be very cautious in your dealings with this company."
