"We had a piece of wall (which was originally painted with paint purchased from this SW) to have a color match. While the color was matched, the sheen was off. We took the paint back in and asked them to fix the sheen. We were told, “it was our problem they match color and not sheen, that’s on the customer”. My husband proceeded to have a conversation with Ryan in which, Ryan rolled his eyes, said customer service was not his job and that he didn’t like people. If he had his ideal job, he would be a weapons expert and proceeded to tell us and our 4 children who were with us (and shocked at the belligerence of the employee) to leave the store. After telling and motioning for us to leave, he walked out. There was another employee was standing by and I asked for the managers contact information, as I was informed no managers work on weekends. Her comment was that the manager wouldn’t care, he knew Ryan and was the one who hired him for the position. This was on video and will be forwarded to SW corporate and we will be reaching out to Demetri, the store manager on Monday."
