"This place is a zoo. People who were dropping off shipments left cause they couldn't drop off. Customers upset at how rude and demeaning the woman is behind the desk. Employees on tow motors overworked and burnt out. No clear direction and traffic in the yard is hazardous. I was told by another customer that the location in fort myers or cape coral was alot better and organized. I will recommend those locations from now on."

"Visited 11/4/22 to get shingles that Hurricane Ian decided I no longer needed. Abc Supply was the ONLY place I was able to find the specific shingle I was looking for (IKO). I called about getting a few bundles of hip & ridge shingles. The woman (sitting at the desk all the way to the left in the office when I entered the business) that answered the phone was super helpful and put a slip at the counter for me to pick them up. I pulled in, the man outside (cowboy type hat on, didn't get his name) directing people for pickup was polite and helpful. I went inside, paid, and everything went smoothly from there. I cannot say enough great things about the people working here. Everyone there was helpful and happy to help."

"Good people. Was scheduled to drop off a day later but I called and the lady found me an appt to drop off that afternoon. This place stays busy with customers coming in so watch when you pull-in back-out. Fast unload and every worker I met was friendly. Not something you see much anymore. It was a nice change"

"Would rather drive extra 30 minutes and go to Spec. I have screen shot of P.O. and they still tell me order doesn't exist. Very unhelpful old man, young guy and blonde lady. All uneducated on products , computers and how to work in office. Awful demeanor everyone walking in had to call and find out if thier order was wrong."
