"Wish I could give a positive review but after several calls and emails and responses of I’ve been real busy will get out to you next week, still nothing almost 3 weeks later. Really wanted to use this company but clearly they are not interested. At least stand by your word of what you will say you will do, or else you have nothing. 7 out of 8 reviews all mention reschedule, not showing up etc. Going back 6 years. It’s clearly an issue. I’m not begging for a quote anymore."

Access Door & Glass, I am so grateful for your help today, I truly can’t thank you enough, Mr. Jeff Wright you are so patient, professional and kind, JC - you are a MASTER of your craft!!! thank you both, I have to say when every company in the area would not even pick up their phone today or return a phone call from their voicemail Mr. Wright not only answered the phone he said bring the broken window right in we’ll take care of it, Even after I explained it was an old aluminum 3 part crank out window from my home built in the late eighties…. This man did not know what he was in for, he did not realize my husband had taken every piece of the aluminum frame apart and it had to be put back together section by section screw by screw, and Mr. Wright himself watched with the greatest patience (my husband try to assemble this puzzle)… after about 10 minutes he (Jeff) took over and the frame puzzle transformed into pure perfection his part was complete, he then called over the glass MASTER Mr. JC!! who took on phase 2 of the project ….my goodness such talent, so kind and when it was completed JC took it out to our car to help load it. We have all suffered a blow from hurricane Ian, we are all at the mercy of these business owners, some who have much more compassion then others, Access Door & Glass is the real deal! Thank you gentlemen I truly appreciate you."

"Called with promise to come measure window on Friday. Never showed and as of this but morning. Monday still no call. If you dont give good customer service you wont stay in business. At least keep in touch with customers. Called another compant today"

"If you have to take time off from work to wait for the technician to show up, find another company! Called for service on a Friday, & they scheduled service for Monday. Waited all day Monday. No show. Called, and was told (by the same guy I talked to Friday) that there was no record of a service call, but he'd send someone Tuesday. Another no show. Finally showed up on Wednesday and he had to "special order" glass. One week later, and my slider is fixed. The technician that finally showed up did a good job, but the office is a disaster."
