"Driver blocked entire deadend alley and refused to move. Called phone number on the truck and the guy who answered was very rude. All the driver had to do was move the truck 20ft ahead and pull left towards the 30x20ft apartment driveway so traffic can get by. They just arrived and hadn't even started unloading anything. The driver had a temper and seemed to hate his job and take it out me. Their outright belligerence and spiteful roadblock caused me to be 40 minutes late to an appointment with my customer which I had to compensate them for."
