"I rate this location with ZERO stars although this tool will not let you do that! While their product and installers were good, their customer service is horrible. You will spend more time chasing them to get information. They never know the status of the order. They do not follow up or return calls. After paying up front for a large order (entire upstairs and staircase) I am still waiting for 2 months for a half-finished staircase to be completed because the order was wrong and the custom treads were then cut wrong and had to be redone. They claim they will expedite, but obviously they do not. It is clear there is problem between the store, the production and the installers."

"An absolute nightmare to deal with this company. We signed a contract back in April 2022 and had our floors installed soon after, no self leveler was put down so there are areas all over the house where the floor dips down when walked across and areas where the baseboard is uneven against the floor, there is squeaking noise through out the house as you walk around, transition pieces that are installed too close to exterior doors that rub and making noise, baseboards were not cut nor installed properly, the grooves of the flooring does not line up in areas it should be a flush transition, you get the point. After contacting the installers to fix these issues, almost 4 weeks go by with no response. Upon calling the office again we were blatantly told that Larry, the owner of the company “forgot to put us on the schedule”. Within the next week they sent out someone to assess what needed to be done. He took notes and pictures and relayed that information back to his boss. On the day the repairs were to be made- the same guy that came out to assess what needed done shows up with no where near enough material and says he can’t start the job with so little material. We go through the same process of explaining all the issues we were having with our brand new floors, he takes some notes and goes outside to make a call comes back in and now we have to schedule another appointment. Weeks go by between sick office employees/ owners being on vacation/ and not having enough materials it’s one excuse after another. After finally getting an appointment scheduled we were told by the office employee that the repair workers would be out to fix the issues and would need ONE FULL DAY to fix them. They finally send 2 guys to repair the issues. They then tell us this will take them at least 3-4 days to complete. Which didn’t work for our schedule so they did minor repairs-they noticed a couple of things the initial installers never did in the first place- which was installing quarter round pieces around kitchen cabinetry, and trim pieces around the fire place- those were left with a cut out gap by the initial installers. When they came back to finish the job, they then ripped out 95% my living room flooring and added only PATCHES of self leveler, they added transition pieces in our doorways that had no issues beforehand and now make noise due to the transitions they claimed we needed, the transitions to our sunk in living room don’t have enough caulk on them and can be lifted up by hand, there was excessive lack of attention to detail when reinstalling the flooring- now we are left in the exact same state we began at and the floor they re-installed is almost worse than the original was. Every single time you speak with anyone including the business owners themselves at this location all you get is excuses and empty promises. Almost 1 year later and what was supposed to be a great experience in home remodeling with a reputable company has become a third party outsourced nightmare that cost me almost 20K, numerous headaches, and several days worth of time."
