"We buy a lot of our mechanic's tools for them. Apparently all of our records were erased when they migrated to the new website. We depended on those for our receipts when we needed to warranty a tool. In fact, it is the main reason we went with Tooltopia. When I called and asked what I was suppose to do to get that purchase history, she told me, "some customer information was lost." and hung up on me. Save yourself time, money, and headache. Just buy it on Amazon. Might take a little longer to search for the receipts but at least they will always exist. Customer service is horrific."

"I ordered a tool a week ago, website said it was in stock. I didn't hear anything from them so I emailed them asking about the order. Turns out it was on back order and would be a couple of weeks before they had it. If I hadn't asked would I have been told? No idea, but I wasn't happy about it."

"I have placed several orders with them in the past couple years and have never had any issues. Orders are shipped out same day and shipping is usually 2 days from there. Have never had to deal with issues so I can't answer how their customer service is."

"Everything arrived in about 2 weeks. Everything was there but we ordered something we ended up returning. We paid the shipping with tracking. They received the product. We called to inquire about our refund 5 times. Everytime, they said " we'll look into it and call you back". We were NEVER CALLED BACK. Finally, I asked more questions and they told me they can't give us an estimated refund date?!!!????????!!! We ended up filing a dispute through our bank after tooltopia requested we do so. Unprofessional and very unorganized."
