"Just took combo tour from this agency and price included also ground transportation from the hotel where we stay and back. The bout tour was amazing but city bus tour was terrible. The tour city bus driver left us four persons on the street after he stopped for brake close to Cuban restaurants he left and didn’t even notice four people were missing. After this we still had boat tour and we had to hake Uber and run to the meeting point to catch the boat . It was not easy after we got lost from the bus because we didn’t have any reservations confirmation only bands on our hands. We had to do endless phone calls to get our reservation and the tour."

"I booked an hour jet ski ride with Miami paradise tour and it sucked. If you are looking for fun and excellent service, go with someone else....you won't find it here....When we met Yuri, (group of 6) to sign the waiver to ride the jet ski, she was in her car with another lady and didn't get out to greet us or welcome us. She sent me the link for me to sign the consent electronically. The captain of the boat who picked us up did not even say hi or a hello. Then he takes us to a plat form with very old jet skis. My jet ski didn't have a button to start. It had whatever was left of the button. Yuri said they would take pictures of us riding the Jet Skis and no pics were taken. Please book with someone else. It was too expensive $80 per person... Bad experience...Worst customer service!"
